To make sure that the order is being placed correctly, please add the address details in your profile of the person that you would like to send the present to. Our tailor can call them & visit for the measurements for the products requested.
You can place the order on our website or the app, tailor would call you for work/home visit, you can request them to use the measurements as used previously.

Yes, you can go to Create your own style section on website or app, upload a picture for the same, choose the color and our tailor will visit you for measurements for the same type of product.
You can call our tailor and give the details. We can alter the same for you.
Since all our products are 100% custom made, you cannot exchange return the product. We have 100% payment on booking and no exchange/refund policy.
When our tailor visits you for measurements, we are happy to give you style advice on what will work best for you, in fact it is part of the measuring process.
Yes you can. We are happy to use your fabrics for any products you want to place an order for.
We offer you Luxury tailoring, at your doorsteps, which includes the first visit for measurement, second visit for trial and third visit for final product delivery. We offer you 100% custom made and Bespoke tailoring with 1000+ Patterns.
You can call he tailor for the work/home visit for the same. Our alterations are free of charge for 30 days from the product delivery. After 30 days, charges vary depending on type of alteration.
Yes, once our professional tailors measure you, we will have your record on file for ten years. Hence, reordering clothes from us, is much easier in the future.
All of our prices are in AED.
We accept Cash and Mastercard, Visa & Maestro Cards.
We do not accept cheques.
The payment can be done when the tailor visits you at the time of booking.
Our custom made products can take anywhere between 5 to 15 working days depending on the type of product and type of customization.
We deliver only in Dubai, UAE. We will expand in other Emirates very soon.
